Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations
Starting January 4th, 2021, Lake County Environmental Health is excited to now offer the Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MHKO) program which was approved by the Board of Supervisors. The MHKO program is designed to lower the barriers to owning your own business in food operations by allowing the preparation and sale of prepared food items from your own home.
